MAY Company spoke about the effectiveness of corporate communications in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted a meeting of the Subcommittee on Corporate Media, organized by the Russian Business Guide communication group, which was attended by MAY employees.

Today, corporate mass media is one of the most important elements in the company's activities. The relevance of corporate media is due to the fact that it is one of the most effective ways of communicating with both internal and external audiences.
A corporate newspaper is regularly published, representatives of the central office, Maycomplex and divisions share their achievements in the news on the MAY-Work portal, many communication that allow the team to get quick feedback from the management formats have been established in MAY. Even our foreign partners, suppliers and distributors are involved in creating a unified information field.

MAY's team noted at the meeting that internal communications help to solve the following tasks:

- development of corporate culture;
- communication of Strategy, Mission, and Values to each employee;
- increase of motivation and inspiration;
- development of healthy competition;
- acceleration of adaptation of newcomers;
- creation of a comfortable, friendly working atmosphere in the team.

The participants of the meeting showed great interest in such formats as the "Question to the CEO" and the annual survey of employees. According to the guests, the openness of the management and the willingness to respond quickly to suggestions and comments from employees speak of a strong, developed corporate culture and a cohesive team. They expressed a desire to introduce similar headings in their companies.

The meeting also included the presentation of the book by the head of the Russian Business Guide group, Maria Suvorovskaya, “Living in a Business Dialogue(“Жить в бизнес-диалоге")". It is dedicated to internal communications and contains interviews with managers of enterprises that develop this direction. The company MAY received an invitation to become a participant in the next part of the book.
