MAY and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region will promote the development of small and medium-sized businesses

At the Golden Autumn forum, the MAY company and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region signed an agreement on cooperation and development of the project "Digital platform for the distribution of farm goods MAY24", which will become an affordable, convenient and high-quality channel for the sale of products for small and medium-sized businesses, including farms and peasant farms, and will help entrepreneurs enter non-chain retail.

MAY Company, as part of the innovative development vector, actively promotes its digital products - online platforms for trading in everyday goods ( , ). They are intended for both the end user and the B2B sector.

In the Moscow region there are many farms producing food products of daily demand – such as milk, meat, honey, tea and more. The volume of their production is not always sufficient to enter the shelves of large retailers, at the same time, it is labor-intensive and inefficient to look for sales outlets with own forces. In order to support the domestic business, the MAY company, with the participation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region, offered to use its MAY24 digital platform in order to enable farmers to sell their products. Thanks to the developed distribution and merchandising system, farm products will quickly find their consumers, and entrepreneurs will be able to increase turnover and contribute to the Russian economy.

The implementation of a joint project of the MAY company and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region contributes to the unification of producers and sellers on one site and the creation of effective cooperation between small and medium-sized businesses and retail outlets within the regions of the Moscow region. In addition, the cooperation is aimed at solving many tasks: improving the status of domestic products, supporting import substitution, developing digital technologies in agriculture, creating new jobs, increasing the investment attractiveness and competitiveness of the Moscow Region.
