The event brought together leading scientists, industry experts, representatives of the state control, manufacturers and young researchers. The participants discussed topical issues of the food industry in order to provide consumers with safe and high-quality products.
Our colleagues were able to really spark this meeting with their performance. Among the dry figures, research, and analytics, their stories about working at MAY sounded vivid and interesting. They told how they create unique and excellent products, how they participate in titesting and captesting championships, inspiring young people by their example and increasing the loyalty of partners.
Valeria Andronenkova, HR Director and organizer of our participation, emphasized that building cooperation with secondary and higher education institutions is part of the HR strategy to attract talented youth to MAY.

There are many graduates of this university working in MAY, and now students of the Department of Plant Raw Materials are interning in the Quality Team. We will develop more and more interesting programs for students and offer them attractive conditions for internship," she stressed.
