MAY's HR team successfully presented the company's capabilities at the Rosbiotech Career Festival "PROFFEST". This is a vivid example of how the collaboration of the HR Team and the R&D and Innovation Team allows attracting young professionals.
So, the testers conducted tea and coffee tastings, demonstrating methods for evaluating the aroma, taste and texture of drinks. During the meeting, they talked about the role of titesters and captesters in production and showed how a hobby can develop into a professional career. The participants tried different varieties and received tips on developing their skills.
The HR team shared with the students the prospects of joining the Quality, R&D and innovation teams, and told them how to get into production internships and internships.

Our q-graders and captesters, winners and finalists of the Russian captesting and titesting championships, spoke at the Rosbiotech scientific and practical conference "Current issues of improving the quality and safety of food in Russia", dedicated to World Quality Day.
MAY has a productive partnership with Rosbiotech. A significant part of the team was educated at this educational institution. The company maintains close contact with university faculty and specialists, consulting with them during the development of new products and on other issues. In addition, the Company is actively developing programs to attract graduates, offering them interesting jobs and attractive working conditions.
The event brought together leading scientists, industry experts, representatives of the state control, manufacturers and young researchers. The participants discussed topical issues of the food industry in order to provide consumers with safe and high-quality products.
Our colleagues were able to really spark this meeting with their performance. Among the dry figures, research, and analytics, their stories about working at MAY sounded vivid and interesting. They told how they create unique and excellent products, how they participate in titesting and captesting championships, inspiring young people by their example and increasing the loyalty of partners.
Valeria Andronenkova, HR Director and organizer of our participation, emphasized that building cooperation with secondary and higher education institutions is part of the HR strategy to attract talented youth to MAY.

In October, a single open day of the Federal project "Professionalism" took place - "You are in good company!". The MAI company took an active part as an employer partner of the Professionalism program of Shchelkovsky College.
The meeting brought together 9th grade students from schools in Shchelkovo and Shchelkovsky district. Perhaps some of them are our future employees, so it is extremely important for us that such a significant number of people find out about our factory. The head of the coffee shop told in more detail about the Mining Complex and career development opportunities. And in order to immerse the students in the atmosphere of production, the guests were presented with a gift collection and shown the process of its creation.
At the MAY stand, the supervising trainers talked about training programs for operators and adjusters on modern equipment. They emphasized that the training is based on current trends, and the methods are perfectly adapted for the younger generation. Our presentation, interactive master class and friendly atmosphere made a positive impression on the students. Many expressed a desire to personally visit the Mining Complex, which is the first step for us to succeed in attracting the younger generation.

MAY Company, together with Shchelkovsky College, participates in the federal program "Professionalism". Its goal is to combine business and education in order to train specialists who, after training, will quickly be able to find a sought—after profession in industrial enterprises. For MAI, this is an investment in the future: the program allows you to train qualified personnel for specific production tasks.
The new set of students was in September, when first-year students from Shchelkovsky College came to the May Complex, who had previously signed targeted training agreements with MAY. The students chose the specialty "Installation, maintenance, operation and repair of industrial equipment". They successfully combine their studies and work at the Mining Complex, and after graduation they will continue their career in production.
"The guys consciously applied for targeted training in our company. At the end of August, they visited Mycompex with their parents. They went on an excursion, saw modern equipment, learned about the formats of training and adaptation, and, of course, received tea and coffee as a gift. The guests really liked both the production itself and the atmosphere in the team, especially the attentive attitude towards young people. Therefore, the guys decided to sign targeted training contracts in MAY.
Beginners learn with pleasure and enthusiasm, show a desire to learn new things, and get involved in current projects. The mall met their expectations. Many are already ready to upgrade their ranks. For us, this means that the career guidance work of HR and production teams aimed at strengthening the employer's brand has brought the expected results," said Valeria Andronenkova, HR Director.

Residents of Fryazino celebrated the City Day. MAI Company organized a large tea tasting, creating a festive atmosphere.
The participants and guests were treated to fragrant tea from the Richard and Curtis brands. The MAI tasting area featured both classic and refined fruit varieties that have long won the sympathy of the city's residents. Some visitors, having tasted our products for the first time, were fascinated by the taste and wondered where they could buy such tea.
