They went on an excursion, saw modern equipment, learned about the formats of training and adaptation, and, of course, received tea and coffee as a gift. The guests really liked both the production itself and the atmosphere in the team, especially the attentive attitude towards young people. Therefore, the guys decided to sign targeted training contracts in MAY.
Beginners learn with pleasure and enthusiasm, show a desire to learn new things, and get involved in current projects. The mall met their expectations. Many are already ready to upgrade their ranks.
