A modern business should not only be able to earn money, but also do it with an eye to the outside world – to protect nature, take care of people and share the best with them.

We have always relied on generally accepted human values, cared about our employees, protected nature, and showed flexibility and ethics in managing the company, and we continue to follow this. The development and approval of the Sustainable Development Strategy in 2021 was an important step for us in structuring and codifying all the work done earlier. This allows us to formulate key and relevant topics for us and our activities, set specific goals, and continue to systematically build processes and projects in the field of sustainable development.

Our approach to sustainable development is based on key international documents, standards and recommendations.

And, of course, first of all, we are talking about the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
