A warming cup of tea, an inspiring sip of espresso, a gentle cloud of cappuccino are the simple joys of life that we have made available to everyone. The history of the company MAY is a story about a big dream and about love for people.

In 1993, the company registered its first own brand "May Tea". He quickly won the love of Russians and became a symbol of quality and excellent taste. This tea was regularly awarded prizes at various Russian competitions. Even a 1996 market study showed that Russians know three varieties of tea: Indian, May and Ceylon. "May Tea", later rebranded and became simply "May Tea", received the "Brand No. 1 in Russia" award three times.

Drinks MAY are in high demand, so in 1998 the company opened the first tea-making factory in the history of new Russia in the Moscow region. A staff is being recruited that delivers raw materials from the best plantations in the world. In order to satisfy any purchasing power as much as possible, over the following years the company launches several more brands of tea and coffee – CURTIS, RICHARD, Lisma, Zavarkin, Coffesso and Face to Face.

Today, MAY's share in the tea category occupies 20% of the market. Every year the company produces more than 25 thousand tons of products and delivers them all over the world.

Since the 2020s, the company has been actively using the opportunities provided by the digital world. The products are actively distributed through Russian marketplaces and international brandstores, NFT collections based on brands are being created. In 2021, the company launched a new business model - the MAY24 B2B platform. She is engaged in the promotion of everyday goods and helps to develop business for all market participants.
