We have always relied on generally accepted human values, cared for employees, protected nature, showed flexibility and ethics in managing the company and continue to follow this. The development and approval in 2021 of the "Sustainable Development Strategy - ESG" was an important step for us in structuring and codifying all the work done earlier. This allows us to formulate key and relevant topics for us and our activities, set specific goals, and continue to systematically build processes and projects in the area of sustainable development.
