Youth and Mentoring in MAY

Since 2016, MAY has been cooperating with Shchelkovsky College, which consists of 8 departments at northeast of the Moscow region. Graduates and students of educational institutions come to work at the Mining Complex (MAY production and warehouse complex), actively show their talents, join the personnel reserve and they are successfully building a career. Guided tours and Open Days are constantly held for young people.
