We have an in house learning platform, the MAY Academy, offering training courses, webinars and workshops; a structured mentoring system; professional tasting skills training; and several times a year we organise online tours of world renowned exhibitions and museums.

Young talent and mentoring at MAY

Since 2016, MAY has been working with Shchyolkovo College, which has eight campuses in the north east of the Moscow region. Graduates and students join the MAY Complex (our production and logistics facility), actively demonstrate their talents, enter the talent pool and build successful careers. We also regularly organise guided tours and Open Days for young people.
