Special attention was paid to cooperation with Shchelkovsky College, programs for attracting young professionals, as well as an effective training and mentoring system.
Colleagues emphasized that all efforts of MAI are aimed at ensuring that each employee is aware of his important role in big business, works with pleasure and comfort, feels his professional growth and can transfer the accumulated experience to colleagues. The goal is to increase the company's power by producing high—quality products for the benefit of consumers and partners.
