Its goal is to combine business and education in order to train specialists who, after training, will quickly be able to find a sought—after profession in industrial enterprises. For MAI, this is an investment in the future: the program allows you to train qualified personnel for specific production tasks.
The new set of students was in September, when first-year students from Shchelkovsky College came to the May Complex, who had previously signed targeted training agreements with MAY. The students chose the specialty "Installation, maintenance, operation and repair of industrial equipment". They successfully combine their studies and work at the Mining Complex, and after graduation they will continue their career in production.
"The guys consciously applied for targeted training in our company. At the end of August, they visited Mycompex with their parents. They went on an excursion, saw modern equipment, learned about the formats of training and adaptation, and, of course, received tea and coffee as a gift. The guests really liked both the production itself and the atmosphere in the team, especially the attentive attitude towards young people. Therefore, the guys decided to sign targeted training contracts in MAY.

he Slavyansky Bazar International Music Festival was held in Vitebsk. And this is the 8th time MAY has participated in it as a partner. The CURTIS, RICHARD and COFFESSO brands became the decoration of the event, as well as a real gift for the artists, who enjoyed our tea and coffee after the performance.
Scale of support
Participation in the Slavyansky Bazaar has become a tradition. For many years, the organizers have trusted our company, knowing that we will provide the participants and guests with delicious, fragrant and invigorating drinks. Numerous positive reviews prove our high status as a supplier and the reliability of our products.
The MAY company logo and the symbols of our brands decorated all concert venues, including the main one, the summer amphitheater, and were also present at the festival directorate, where press conferences with the stars were held. Words of gratitude to the partners, including our company, sounded from the stage.
Coffee points were also installed in the building of the festival directorate, at concert venues and in the mobile press center, where the artists came after the performance.
The MAI team treated the guests to classic and fruity RICHARD and CURTIS drinks, as well as coffee based on the MASSIMO blend.
Before the event, a press conference was held with the participation of the Minister of Culture of Belarus Ruslan Chernitsky and the director of the festival Gleb Lapitsky. They noted that Slavyansky Bazar strengthens friendly ties with Russia and other countries, which is also reflected in the choice of suppliers. At the end of the interview, the guests received gifts from our brands.
The main place of representation of our brands was the mobile center, where journalists interviewed the participants of the festival. The traffic capacity of our coffee point was enormous. According to the participants, after the performance, you want to relieve the excitement – to cheer up, at least for a minute to be alone with yourself and with a cup of tea or coffee. And we gave everyone this opportunity, and we also gave them gifts and taught them how to use coffee drop bags.
A competition for young performers was also held as part of the festival. The talented artists were very worried and spent time in the mobile center, waiting for their results. And we encouraged them and treated them to tea and coffee. You can see the winners and prize-winners in the photo.
The representative of the jury, Taisiya Povaliy, admitted that she had bought many local specialties in Belarus, and our gift would be a worthy addition. Alexander Panayotov has stated more than once in interviews that he is a shopaholic and loves gifts very much, for which he even bought a second suitcase. We hope that our gift found enough space there.
MAY became the only food company that did not limit itself to banners or flyers, but provided direct contact between our brands and artists and treated everyone to tea and coffee. Overall, the atmosphere was very warm and friendly.
This time the festival was bigger than ever! It was attended by representatives from 40 countries and there were 80 thousand guests! The Governor of the Vitebsk region, Alexander Subbotin, and the director, Gleb Lapitsky, presented the diploma to the MAY company and expressed the hope that next year we will delight our guests with excellent tea and coffee.
They also noted MAY's role in keeping generations connected.
"Of course, music united us all in the first place. But it is impossible not to mention the products of the MAY company, which is almost the same age as the Slavyansky Bazaar.
Over the years, MAY has been growing and developing with us, responding sensitively to the changing tastes and preferences of consumers. The company always offers relevant and interesting products for all generations. It is this ability to remain in demand among a wide variety of people, from young people to the older generation, that makes MAY a truly popular company," said Gleb Lapitsky.

According to the Federal Center for Agricultural Export Development of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture (Agroexport), in 2023 the total volume of tea imports to the United Arab Emirates amounted to 90 thousand tons. "We supply our products to many countries, including Saudi Arabia and the Emirates. During the exhibition, we held a number of productive meetings with partners from the Persian Gulf region. We are confident that Russian tea will become one of the most attractive offers for the UAE market, given that interest in this product continues to grow here," Ivan Fedorov, Director of Export at MAI, commented on the results of the Gulfood exhibition.

HH.ru He presented his annual ranking of the best employers. It is evaluated according to the following criteria: the development of HR processes, loyal employees, the most popular among applicants, and the high assessment of former employees.
MAI company became one of the leaders of the rating, taking the 2nd place in the field of FMCG according to the criterion of development of HR processes.
This is a real success and a confirmation that HR processes really help create the best success team in the world.
Now our company has received a special icon on its page and in vacancies posted on HH.ru . When looking for a job, applicants from tens of millions of offers will pay attention to those with such a mark. Additionally, we received a rating certificate confirming our competitive advantage in the labor market. Valeria Andronenkova, HR Director, commented on the achievement:
"Over the past two years, the number of companies participating in the ranking has increased by 75%, which makes it more difficult to compete. The rating is formed based on several parameters. This is an assessment of employees — whether they are ready to recommend their employer, applicants — whether they would like to work in these companies, data from the HR team - a questionnaire that allows them to evaluate their HR management practices. And for the first time last year, a new criterion was introduced – the assessment of former employees. I am very pleased that we have earned more than 100 points in all blocks, which allowed us to become the leaders of the FMCG sector.
There is currently a demographic decline in Russia and a struggle for talent in the labor market. It is important to be a visible employer in order to attract the most worthy candidates to build the best Success Team in the world.
Applicants understand that if our company is ranked, it means that its reputation is confirmed, and reliability and HR leadership in the market are facts, not just words. This high rating confirms the correctness of our HR strategy and the effectiveness of the 6 levers of success."
